The project in progress with @shotaronishimura_violin 3D printing the body of a cello. This time, however, we printed it at 50% of the full-size cello. The field of 3D printing has seen remarkable progress year after year. However, large-scale 3D printing such as printing a cello remains challenging and is not yet easily accessible. Once a certain level of precision is required, the printing costs can become prohibitively high.
